Non-equilibrium processes, carrier scattering mechanisms, the continuity equation, avalanche multiplication, carrier generation, recombination, and lifetime. P-n junctions, non-abrupt junctions, various injection regimes, and device models. Metal semiconductor junctions, current transport mechanisms, and models. BJT, JFET, MESFET, and MOSFET, and device models.
