5310. Literary Translation: Theory and Practice

3.00 credits | May be repeated for a total of 9 credits.

Prerequisites: Six credits of upper division coursework 3000-level or higher in a foreign language or the equivalent.

Grading Basis: Graded

A study of the theoretical and practical aspects of literary translation. Translating literature from various genres. May be repeated for a maximum of nine credits with a change of topic.
